Poorly developed I trust Cisco with networks, not with software or apps. They just did an absolutely atrocious job polishing Webex Teams, both on pc and on Android. Whenever someone starts a call, a permanent notification pops up that stops my music or videos from playing. I can't get rid of the notification without killing the app. If someone calls me and I answer on my computer, the call keeps ringing on my phone and I'm forced to kill the app too. Some features are missing on the app too.

It's got it's flaws but: If you are missing calls or getting one-way audio, that is due to SIP ALG router setting and it's your ISP's fault, not WebEx. If it doesn't work without a VPN, that's also your ISP filtering VoIP traffic, again, not the app's fault. If it misses calls when your phone is sleeping, that's the aggressive battery saving features of your phone (see dontkillmyapp dot com), again, not the app's fault.

To add to the below review that still stands, why can't I make a conversation full screen on my Samsung Fold? Signal can do it... Pictures rarely send successfully and never download past the preview thumbnail in the messaging window on a cell connection. All I usually get is an error message. Skype was a hot mess, but even that worked better than Webex in this regard...
