paid for a full year and after about 4 months they took that away and told me to upgrade to get all the features. when I told them that my subscription was still active, they said they had no record of my account. Google Play still shows my subscription with them as active until November 23rd, and I have gone most of the year without the service I paid for. absolute garbage app, don't buy this hardware and definitely don't subscribe to the scam they provide.

loved this app until the last update rendered it non functional. it keeps saying it needs to send me an email before I can log in but then it doesn't send an email. yes, I triple checked that I entered my email correctly & I had received emails from fixd at that email 3wks ago.

Too much unnecessary options! now it keeps saying sign in then says it will send a verification code, which Never Shows up!, did not have to do this since first getting the fixed reader and app! about ready to toss this and go back to my old reader with not B/S! Just deleted the app, and threw the reader in the trash! I'm done with this scam!
