The i3+ is amazing. It made a map of our apt and cleans the rooms we tell him to clean. In case his bin is full, he goes back to home base and empties it; if he needs to recharge during a long job, he does it and then resumes cleaning. He had a hiccup once and didn't want to start a job (strike?). But this happened only once in almost two years. Overall, great experience.

The app is pretty basic. It allows scheduling and pausing cleaning runs as well as reviewing obstacles found. Beyond that the information is basic - run time and map. Would have loved more details, even simple stuff like a history of messages (pausing to recharge etc). Or actually easily telling the Roomba to clean a certain room later / last. Maybe reminders to clean the dust bin after a successful run or when the Roomba paused to recharge?

I had problems with my S9+ two months after I bought it. My device was changed. But now I have more than a week with my new S9+ and it won't get an update. It has the 3.14.31 software. I can not lock it against pets, neither see the charging status because the lights in the device are not turning on when is it the base. The WiFi settings show no problems. The base is under my router. And the Robot Software Update says it's currently unavailable although there are according to the web page.
