Amazing. As a UI/UX designer, I am happy to see such eye-candy; it is very intuitive and user friendly. The fact that one can finally create a group to add several orders at the same time from various people is very refreshing. The transparency is outstanding, showing what happens on every step of the way while ordering and having a human voice throughout makes it very trustworthy and easy. Categories are clearly divided, there are several recommendations and images for food. Simply awesome!

The usability of the app is great. I particularly like that almost all food items come with a photo, which makes it easy to choose. I gave 4 instead of 5 because the method of specifying an entry point on the map can still be improved. Since the location balloon raises every time you move it, it is really hard to get the desired location. Feedback for the UX team: Instead of rising the location balloon, try giving it transparency. Despite that, great experience overall so far.

This was on of my favourite apps in Berlin, from the interface, all the way to customer support. I am uninstalling the app after 4 consecutive orders that got delayed (more than an hour) and got cold unedible and missing food. I contacted support all three times and the solution was tellinge to wait or offer a refund (for missing items). Dear wolt, it's not about the money it's about the experience. Your CS are trying their best, but there in nothing they can do to fix it.
