After reinstalling it's still taking it's time to load all the information. My credit is still 12€+ but it won't book the 5€ option because of insufficient credit. I have the same problems on their website. Information loads slowly and 12 < 5. I wrote the support a week ago at 10am but I haven't gotten an answer except for the automated one telling me I would get personal support SHORTLY. I didn't get a response to my mail so I switched to a different provider, I'm not calling your feed hotline.

this app and service is horrible and find new ways to make it harder. it wont allow me to load my credit, wont let me log on online, now im stuck with an unusable sim card. worse still, i cannot find their credits at the shops. i have to say, this is the worst experience I've had in the history of using cellphones.

Reset preferences doesn't change anything. The app Is extremely slow, even if I'm connected to a WiFi. The contact form doesn't work (BTW: why do you have to ask for my name, mail and phone number in that form? If you already have the information??).

Hallo Alejandro Bizzotto, vielen Dank für deine Rückmeldung. Schade, dass es nicht geholfen hat. Hast du über das Webportal Zugriff auf deine Daten? Funktioniert es dort besser? Was genau hakt beim Kontaktformular? Es fragt nach Vor- und Nachname, E-Mail-Adresse und Auftragsnummer, um die Zuordnung zu erleichtern.
