I am so incredibly disappointed!! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS! I bought the moisture meter to check my indoor plants and their app is completely unusable! I used it with no problem for about 30 minutes and loved it. Now, it asks me to clear the cache and restart every time I open it. I did both (and restarted my phone) multiple times but it did not help. I will have to return the moisture meter because it's completely useless without the app. I'm so bummed I have to search for another product 🫤

It was working really well, and then I added a new device and tried adding a picture from camera. Since then I cannot access the device it keeps closing. Got a message to clear the cache. This does nothing. It opens fine on another phone though without the picture.?????. Seems something broke because I have added pictures before without an issue. I may need to remove and re-add the device to seeing that works.

Overly engineered app easy to get lost in a sea of options. Its been hours since ive installed it and I have not figured out how to effectively excecute the "turn light on from sunset to sunrise" very frustrating. I am currently looking for another app that has a user friendly interface that can facilitate controlling a simple switch without havin to go through mission control.
