Ratings and reviews

The doctor's list (cuadro médico) doesn't load. Now it also doesn't work in the desktop version, so there is no way to find doctors. When the list was working, it wasn't updated, it was giving numbers to doctors/places that didn't perform the procedures for 10 years. None of the medical advice options work in the app - you get error on chat, video call, formular, email, phone call. You cannot even leave a feedback in the app, because the obligatory topics from the topics drop-down doesn't load.

I just insured with Adeslas. The application has bugs, but the most serious one is: when I search for a doctor, I add adress, I add policy and then when I go to select specialist/doctor it shows nothing ("No hay resultados"). So, you cannot see the doctors. I have called 3 times the customer service, and they are not willing to help. So the application on android has issue and you cannot find doctors. ----—---------- Even after an update the problem persists. Very disappointing.

Really good service. No ads in the app.
