Ratings and reviews

This app is as bad as it's bank, totally useless! I've had a Nómina Account for 1.5 years and applied for a credit card. I was told I had to apply for a new Nómina Account as my current one did not support a credit card. Not an issue, the process was fast and within 10 mins new account set up. Almost 20 days I am still waiting for my credit card, it states your credit card will arrive at your home in a few days. I have no clue if they have sent it, or if it's been stolen?

I had to review my opinion (it was 5 stars before) about the app since I think the new interface is worse than the previous one. Some functionalities (as organising the accounts) are still not available, so I don't understand to implement a test instead of waiting until the final version; the charts are less friendly and it's also harder to find some things in the menus (I even had to use the internal browser)... Don't understand the change at all!!

The app slow, already when you want to open it. Currently can't login because of technical issue. No focus on UX, there's a lot to improve (overview of the bank accounts, the flow to transfer money, the overview of the payments made and received etc.) Compared to other ING apps the Spanish one has a lot to learn and improve. It's 2019! Come on!
