Ratings and reviews

I have used this app for years and it works very well with the exception of the add-on Avast unit that cleans the cache. The adverts in this one last so long that the phone screen goes off as you are waiting far too long for the advert to finish so you can do your scan. I would not use that module, as it is far too intrusive and bothersome. But the rest has normal adverts and is still very good, as it has always been. The ads in the rest of the Avast tools are fine and do not stop you using the app (for the moment at least).

Update. Still 5 stars but since I have reinstalled Avast again I am having problems saying the app is malfunctioning and is not working. At the end of my last subscription I had this so much it felt the same as not being protected at all. I really like this app. I went to my phone carrier and they could not find anything inferring. Help!!!! Also only one more feature would make this an absolute must have...... Taking a picture when someone tries unlocking/ snooping on devices. Is it possible?

Paid them for a year and it can't even remove the malware on my phone. What a scam. Response: I already tried that. When your app didn't work I canceled my subscription. Even though I paid for the FULL YEAR it just removed the subscription entirely. Update 2: I can't reach out support is a subscription only feature. Which I no longer have despite paying for a full year. I want a refund. I can't believe canceling a subscription renewal removes what you paid for.
