Work Log is a quick, easy and free way to keep track of your shifts and calculate the number of hours worked and wages paid over your pay period.

Install with Work Log Pro for extra features like tracking multiple jobs, removing ads, exporting all data as a spreadsheet (.CSV) or as a PDF, as well as backup and import all saved data as a database via email. Both Work Log Free and Work Log Pro must be installed to benefit from these features

Ratings and reviews

Simple but effective. Mostly good for wages calculation. For just hour tracking it's a bit clunky: unable to archive jobs or batch edit/ move entries. Also +1 on the wish for a calendar view. Recently bought the premium version not knowing they've actually released an entirely new app with more functionalities, but that one only has a subscription version so I don't regret getting the "old" one. One thing that would be a huge upgrade is syncing shifts to/from a (google) calendar

Don't be scared by the Android 5-esque UI, it's extremely useful. You can set up wages, overtime, you can edit and export your hours and more. It was good enough for me to actually buy the app, which I do extremely rarely! My former workplace may have had me file hours myself "based on trust" (which feels a bit exploitative - they can change the hours whenever), but this let me keep track of what I actually have to get. 5 stars

I liked the app for keeping track of my hours and breaks. What I dont like is every so often I'll notice one of my days is missing like its been deleted. Other times I'll clock out for the day and when I go to record this in the app, it'll show that I never clocked in for the day when I know I used the app this morning to punch in. Very frustrating..

- Job sorting: long-press on the job-selection screen for manual order or use the menu (top-right)
- Choose date when editing punch-in time
