Ratings and reviews

The app is good, but I'd love to customize my experience. I'm not interested in cryptos and I have my investings somewhere else. I use bunq instead for payments, interest in savings, joint account with my gf and some other useful things. I wish the app allowed to hide all of these services I don't use and for it to stop spamming me with things I could invest on. For the rest, it's really great!! :) Edit: having to pay a subscription to use a physical card? no way

I signed up following a promotional link, made my first purchase with the physical card and they didn't give me the 10€ reward promised. Besides, I made a normal transfer and they charged me 5€! For a 3€ transfer (allegedly free). I contacted them and they said something like "it was a SWIFT transfer and we can't do nothing about it". Imagine my surprise. Be very careful! My experience, unless they do something to solve both problems, is very negative...

Opening an account with bunq is a nightmare—constant identity checks and selfies make the process frustrating. The free tier is restrictive, limiting the number of accounts. I opened a joint account, and despite the other person accepting the invite, it’s been pending for 48+ hours with no updates. Worst of all, support can only be contacted once a month. For a banking app, this lack of accessibility is unacceptable. Overall, a frustrating and unreliable experience.
