Good for tracking: terrible for managing orders (placing hold for pick up, adding signature, deliver on different day, etc). When tracking multiple deliveries, some entries are duplicated, making it hard to understand which is which. Reliable delivery management functions are crucial to ensure we get our packages, especially when theft is common. An earlier ability to specify signature, day of delivery, or hold for pick up is crucial - often ignored or not available in the app.

I dread it when a supplier use FedEx because they're never on time, and sometimes they even say that delivery has been attempted, even though it hasn't. The app is useless. Everytime I click on a tracking link, it says that "tracking is unavailable" despite the fact that I use the link when I'm still in the delivery window.

Clearly some problems. On one page, it recognizes me yet when I attempted to update delivery instructions or notifications, it does not recognize me. Forces me to login again only to stop me and say it already has a user by my name. No one shares my email acct but me. This was NOT user friendly at all, as it took me over an hour just to update a push notification.
