Terrible booking system. By far the worst I have ever experienced. it does not show you route information and will charge you more than advertised on the initial cost page. Worst yet, if you have any issues, you will get a generic response that has nothing to do with your issue. It is missing more travel options than it has. There are so many better options on the play store. Use at your own peril. I would give it negative stars if I could. It's actually worse than useless.

Unethical is one way to describe this company, and still to flattering. A friend and i bought flight tickets, but my friend spelled my name wrong, accidents can happen. A name change would have costed us €35 at first, then suddenly €70, and apparently it's impossible to cancel the flight ticket while we explicitly bought an extra option to do so. The app (and website" crashes when trying to cancel, customer service tells us "this specific ticket cannot be canceled". Extra bag also not refunded.

They charge you a fee for booking every ticket. The explanation is so you can have access to their customer service and help with modifying/canceling, etc. But if you want to change the time, for example, a useless bot tells you there's no modifying and you have to cancel. They keep the fee and when you rebook they charge you the same fee again. Just spend a few extra minutes booking directly.
