Ratings and reviews

The app is okay if you just need to check your policy or check when payments are coming out but the only thing I need to do, which is cancel the renewal of one of my policies, just doesn't work. I've been trying for over a week now and I've finally accepted that it never will. I don't believe this is due to technical difficulties, like the app is telling me it is. I think it's to make you travel all the way to a Mapfre office to cancel, because a small percentage of people won't be able to.

We tried to send in a damage report over several days and it fails at the last step with a generic error message and tells us to try later.

The app does not work very well. I tried to update my payment method multiple times and without any explanation the process failed
