Great package deal since using N360 for many years across multiple platforms & you guys keep adding useful things; good value for money! Others mentioned, the VPN add on is good, but it crashes once a day, usually at lunchtime and does not reconnect. The kill switch is also a bit useless because it doesn't work with the mobile network (I don't know if it works for WiFi). Would be great to have a feature to forces VPN on all connections by switch so that it blocks all data until connected.

For some reason it's saying the app has a bug and I need to wait for the next update for it to work on my phone. So the notification said Norton 360 has shut down the app cause it has a bug. Try clearing the cache first and then reopen the app. And everytime I try opening it the app shuts down. I was suspicious that someone was messing with my phone.

The app is great when it works and it worked well for the first few months. Now, it has trouble connecting the VPN and even though I have auto connect on, it still will not try. A lot of times it won't connect even if I manually turn vpn on. This happens in Norton 360 and Secure VPN apps. I tried talking to their online help and after waiting about 30 minutes their solution was uninstall and reinstall. Still does not work properly.
