Ratings and reviews

I’ve been using the Bybit app for trading and overall the experience is very smooth. The interface is clean, order execution is fast, and features like copy trading and derivatives are easy to access. I also like the market data and chart tools which help with quick analysis. One improvement could be making the app lighter and faster on mid-range phones, as sometimes charts take a few seconds to load. It would also be great if Bybit added more customization options for alerts and watchlists.

Bybit works well for trading and the app itself is fine,but I’ve noticed their customer support section isn’t very direct. It's tricky to reach someone quickly if you have an urgent issue which can be inconvenient compared to other platforms I’ve used where the support section is simpler and easier to navigate. I hope they improve this, because in emergencies cases fast support is crucial

The app gets stuck on the initial logo. I've already cleared the cache, force-stopped it, and restarted the phone. Nothing fixes it. It was working fine about a month ago, then this started happening occasionally, and now I simply can't get in at all. I'm not in the mood to uninstall, reinstall, and have to verify everything all over again, identity-wise.
