This app makes my unplanned trips completely hassle-free! It’s incredibly reliable and easy to use. I highly recommend it to everyone who loves spontaneous travel! You can plan your trip in advance if rides are available on your preferred travel date. Typically, rides are posted a couple of days before the journey, as owners often finalize their plans at the last minute based on availability and demand/availability of co-passengers.

I've been using BlaBlaCar for many years... Increasingly frustrating experiences over the last few years... Drivers are not forced by the app to give a reason why they reject requests, so typically the only ones I end up riding with are drivers with automatic approval... There are now often ride fees, but I see no improvement in the app experience... After so many years, there are no extensive profile options, so you can't tell to what music do drivers who claim to "love music" listen to... Etc

It's "easy to use", but UX is still bad. The time filters are terrible, and you're forced to pick from a fixed 6-hour timespan. If someone prefers to leave at 6:15am, it makes NO SENSE to display trips that leave at noon, but it would be relevant to see trips that leave at 5:30 (but SURELY NOT midnight). We should be allowed to set a min/max ideal time to leave from a slider. Plus the results list does NOT show how far the pick-up point or destination are from you, which is VERY relevant.
