It feels like it's getting worse & worse. They decided to stop having the complete proportions on the recipes (1 box, wth is 1 box) so that it would be harder for us to do this recipe without them selling us the ingredients. Then it was recipes that no one checked & would be missing steps (sometimes they have you chop an ingredient & then never mention it again, sometimes they don't tell you the heat level for things. Guess.) Now, I can't even easily find the recipe steps for the CURRENT WEEK.

I feel cheated and tricked into an order. I had suspended all orders that were available at the time because it is close to impossible to cancel the subscription unless you google where to do it (which I ended up doing). The app doesn't notify you of the upcoming orders nor that anything new is available so unless you go there proactively, it will never tell you anything. To me it lacks transparency - it's really counting on the fact that you'll forget to cancel so that they can charge you.

I find the app very awkward to navigate. You have to dig for information at times as the layout is very busy. Having your card fail if you have had purchasing issues is something I dislike very much. You have to call customer service and resolve it or add another card as your preferred method of payment. Other than that the entire cause and reason for this app is amazing. A great concept with fair prices for the food you receive. Personalizing your meals is a nice touch.
