Awful customer service! I have been trying to change my email for over a month and despite promises to sort the problem - I find I am wasting my time. ID managed it on their app in less than 2 minutes, but Lebara insists on sending a code which expires after 3 minutes - but they don't send it for 10+ minutes!!! Spent ages talking to customer service, told it was sorted, but still not

Works fine to manage my SIMs, but when I "Clear All" apps, this continues to run in the background. I don't see any reason for it to be permanently running. The only app I have that runs in the background is my pedometer. Update: Managed to stop it running in the background after closing. Go to Settings, Manage Background Apps, Smart Use, select MyLebara and click on Don't Allow. Don't know if I'll have to do it after every update yet

Good to start with but now having trouble over payments. They've taken 2 payments with no problems but now say they can't take 3rd months payment, my bank say there is no problem with my account but Lebara say the problem is with bank. I've now had to purchase a new plan in order to sort this out. If this doesn't work I'll be moving to a new provider.
