Hello, I paid £17 for the 'pro' version of the app but when I scanned my friends 2022 BMW M4 it came back with all sorts of errors but would not give any details until I upgraded again for an additional £45 then errors turned out to be nothing. I complained but received no response, I never normally write reviews but this is untrustworthy behaviour and feel very annoyed...

I paid for the lifetime subscription expecting to use it on my 2008 Silverado, only to find out afterward that the software doesn’t support my vehicle. They don’t make that clear up front, and the cutoff year (2010 and newer) feels like something that should have been stated before taking payment. Very disappointed — total waste of money for anyone with a pre-2010 vehicle

Own a BMW x1 f48. I purchased the pro version of this app to register a new battery but this software said it was not supported. In fact this software was not able to modify any settings (auto folding mirrors, turning fog lights, etc). Nothing worked for my car. Support was unable to fix.
