one of the worst sign up experiences ive ever had, there is no option for putting my middle name, so i had to go back and forth in changing it and getting verified, yeah you brag better conversation rates and lower fees, but maybe some of the developers should've focused on making the stupid sign ups better, and when something is not right, during verification, this thing never tells you what went wrong and how to change it, always says oops something is wrong, THEN WTH IS THE WRONG THING THEN

I don't in general like banks, as they get you coming and going. But Wise seems to have struck a good balance between being a profitable operation and putting the client right at the front of things. I remain impressed with the ability to moving money across borders within seconds, and I mean seconds! And the facility of holding several currencies in the same card, for when I travel, is so practical. It's been over 10 years that I've used Wise and they have yet to disappoint. Keep it up!

Update: My account has now been restricted for over three weeks due to a verification review. I submitted all requested documents more than a week ago and contacted support several times. Each time, I was told the review would be completed within one working day, but this has not happened. Wise is my main bank account and this has prevented me from paying essential expenses, including rent. The lack of transparency and repeated unmet timelines make this experience unacceptable.
