I’ve been unable to update the Wallbox software since installing it in August. The Bluetooth connection doesn’t work, and the hotspot method for updates fails as well. Despite being only 15 feet from a top-of-the-line, high-speed router, the Wallbox cannot connect. Additionally, the auto unlock feature doesn’t work; when I connect the charger to my car, it doesn’t start charging at the scheduled time as expected. Incredibly frustrating.

every time there is a software update, it wipes out the schedules so when you plug the car in, it starts to charge up immediately during the expensive tariff. Also, for the second time since I own the charger, there is an error for the update which means I can't set the schedule... I will need to call the wallbox support to try to fix it, all really annoying!

The app itself is good, except for the CONSTANT reminders to check with my energy company to see if i can get rebates by sharing "renting" out my unit. There's no way to opt out of the notifications (only a "remind me later") submitted a ticket months ago which was marked as resolved but the issue persists. ** edit - the energy insights are still off. I'm getting about 9.1kwh (real time reporting on unit and vehicle). but once the session is over wallbox reports around 20kw per hour.
