I’ve been unable to update the Wallbox software since installing it in August. The Bluetooth connection doesn’t work, and the hotspot method for updates fails as well. Despite being only 15 feet from a top-of-the-line, high-speed router, the Wallbox cannot connect. Additionally, the auto unlock feature doesn’t work; when I connect the charger to my car, it doesn’t start charging at the scheduled time as expected. Incredibly frustrating.

every time there is a software update, it wipes out the schedules so when you plug the car in, it starts to charge up immediately during the expensive tariff. Also, for the second time since I own the charger, there is an error for the update which means I can't set the schedule... I will need to call the wallbox support to try to fix it, all really annoying!

OK. Allows use of solar + home battery. However, a lot of trouble with the software. Now only variably runs on schedule rather than manual, and no longer allows remote control. Typically needs a restart of the Wallbox, in order to start car charge. May take many goes to start charging. Have attempted to have repair done. Nobody seems to know what the issue is
