STAY AWAY!! Simply dreadful assistance when you need it. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I just needed a simple, standard document, they said they don't do that. A Bank that says they don't emit standard documents, think about that. The app itself sucks, you want to open the assistance chat? Woops sucks to be you, an error occurred. No phone number to call, no work around. Several times I couldn't login because woops, there is a mistake, I am seriously considering switching to revolut.

I've had this bank since 2019, always worked fairly ok except for some conversations with the customer service, things always worked out. Now for the past 2 weeks my account has been randomly blocked, no email, I tried to use my card and got a notification "account blocked"! Have been on the livechat 10s of times since, they keep pretending they're contacting the service to speed up the process, but that it's just a routine security check. However, had no issue charging my monthly subscription.

Many errors with retry message, and the app have a very short session timeout. Awful user experience with this "bank", sepa take a while to arrive and they decline card payments without reason. There is no support, they don't answer email and the chat is useless. And I have a regular account, not a free one. I will cancel it as soon as possible.
