The AXA Assistance service can be reached 24/7 from your app to obtain a tow truck in the event of a breakdown or accident, send a professional in the event of damage or any other situation provided for in your contract.

REPORT A CLAIM ONLINE
Car breakdown, accident, broken lock, water damage or any other disaster covered by one of your contracts? Consider reporting your claim online directly from the My AXA mobile application. You will also be able to follow its progress: from the opening of the file to your compensation.
AXA insured for a professional vehicle? The e-declaration is also available from the My AXA app to report your accident in just a few minutes.

TRACK YOUR HEALTH REIMBURSEMENTS
With My AXA, on your smartphone, you can send a care sheet, a quote request for mutual care or a reimbursement request.
