Swile, the card and app for employees. We can't make it any simpler than that.
Swile is:

- The card that makes it ultra-easy to spend all your employee benefits: Meal vouchers, gift cards, mobility vouchers, holiday benefits and even your personal money.

- The card you can use to pay for anything without worrying about the payment limit or remaining balance. Sure, we were all told at school that mental maths is great and all, but you don't need it with us.
- Plus, it's a 100% virtual card. You can choose to have it on your phone or on your phone, and not in your wallet. So, no plastic, even if it used to be seen as fantastic.

- The application that lets you view your balance, past transactions and PIN code. In short, anything that can be view, you can view it with Swile.

The app won't open on my phone. No problem, I'll uninstall and reinstall. Can't do that, because I need access to the email address at my old company to log in. No problem, I'll contact them through the "I need help option." Can't do that, because everytime I click on it, nothing happens. Stuck now.

Although the app worked fine, I was never able to verify my profile to enjoy the full benefits. My Icelandic passport was not listed as ID that could be used to verify. I complained as the Icelandic passport is a standard European passport, and as it is an EEA member state, there should be no issue. (The passport is even in French). More than a year and never fixed! Edit, I already tried many times as asked, including 3 months ago, Iceland is still not listed!

A good app though I miss a feature: you can only see a list of your operations with the credited or debited associated amount, but you cannot see - for each operation - the impact on the account itself (what is the new total for each operation? what is the variation log of the account itself?). It would be nice to have this feature for all the accounts (mostly the meal voucher one and the personal one). keep up the great work!
