Swile is:

Although the app worked fine, I was never able to verify my profile to enjoy the full benefits. My Icelandic passport was not listed as ID that could be used to verify. I complained as the Icelandic passport is a standard European passport, and as it is an EEA member state, there should be no issue. (The passport is even in French). More than a year and never fixed! Edit, I already tried many times as asked, including 3 months ago, Iceland is still not listed!

Hello Einar. Alejandra has asked you to do again the profile verification in 2021 and it hasn't been done yet. I contact our service provider to ask him to add Iceland. I'll get back to you as soon as I have a reply. But as I explained, this profile verification is not compulsory. You can enjoy your meal vouchers without a verified profile. Elsa

Edit 4 stars: Detailed answer to my issue given. if only customer support worked as well as putting a negative review on the store. Original 2 stars : Works great when it does, but as soon as there's an issue, it takes ages to resolve. Payment refusal never gives a precise reason so you can't fix things alone and customer service is simply clueless and useless. Back and forth emails with wrong answers and you have to repeat the same thing 3 times and they don't even take it into consideration.

My experience with this app it's horrible. The app that appears in the photos and in the web site video, it's totally different from the app that I have in my phone now. Actually, the customer service it's also terrible, my card doesn't work anywhere and nobody in the company answer my questions. If your company it's obliging you to use this card, I'm sorry.l

Hello Isadora. Thank you for calling. Your employer has not yet credited your account. So you can't use the card yet. As soon as this is done, we'll let you know by e-mail.
