I have not had any trouble parking or the safety of my vehicle in a RingGo managed car park, although I have taken valuables out. It is easy to park via SatNav and is cheaper than nearby parking slots. The only issue I have is that the parking prices for this station are confusing. Twice I have paid over the odds. The times to dpart are only visible AFTER you pay. My advice is to change the details of your previous parking on the 'Recent' page. I wholly recommend this app

App has been very good when it has worked. On no.of occasions, app has failed to open up, so I have had to delete it and either try another app or go back to using the parking machine. I found that this app was responsive today, but didn't notice that it kept 4 hrs as a favourite and I paid for longer than needed! Also by the time I noticed that I was paying for parking my old car(scrapped 2024, now deleted), it was too late to alter reg. I have now paid 2 lots, & would like a refund, please!

The app is not reliable. Does not allow you to extend sessions and forces you to pay the extra tariff at each time. Alternative, they want you to phone their support to provide card details "over the phone". Note I also closed and re opened the app a few times. Imagine being in a crowded place. That takes away the advantage of paying by phone in the first place. I recommend city councils to opt for a different system or to find an app that provide prompt and reliable support.
