Downloading the NCP app means you can purchase a digital monthly, quarterly and annual season tickets, depending on your needs. This season ticket will then be stored in app, meaning you will never forget or lose a physical season ticket again!

Features of the NCP app include:

• The ability to pay as you go and access your season ticket, if you have one, in one place – combining two apps into one
• Extend your parking session in-app to save you having to go back to your car – you will be notified by push notifications from the app so please ensure you have enabled Push in your device settings to stay up to date
• 1 QR code for ALL of your products
• Ability to favourite sites that you regularly visit in your favourites list
• AutoPay provides fully automatic recognition and payment at selected sites via your vehicle registration number (VRN)
• Map and list view of car parks with additional features
• Buy and pay for a season ticket within the app – meaning unlimited parking within your chosen site for the length of your ticket
• Most up-to-date pricing available through the app for season tickets and great app-only prices for pay as you go

Tricked by false promises. I downloaded the app and set up an account at the car park pay station because the sign promised me a cheaper rate if I paid with the app. I came to leave but there was no way to pay with my entry ticket. I was conned! Post review note -to give credit where due, the response to my review was swift and fair ftom the NCP team. I upgraded to 3 stars. Not happy, but no longer angry.

As other people have mentioned, you can no longer have multiple cars stored within the app and have to remember to change the registration number in settings each time you use a different car. Not only is this worse than the old app, but it makes no sense from a user point of view. The only benefit would be to NCP being able to fine people for not having the correct reg number paid for when parking. It seriously feels like a trap for users. Very poor. Edit: mutli cars now available. Much better.

very bad experience. After having an account with them. registered all 3 vehicles. in one Monday I've just forgotten to pay the park.. as I've parked there for 5 days. After an week I started to get letter after letter......although the account was active. and the others 2 cars paid. they could send an warning through the app or something. a little bit over 500£ to pay in fines. outrageous.
