In the past, the app worked exceptionally well. However, recently, it has been crashing and giving incorrect figures, which is not what I entered. It is frustrating, especially when I have built up reward points that I want to use but now have to resort to alternative apps. Even the shops that operate MG transfers state that their 'machines are down'. The online and shop systems are not in operation. This is unfair to consumers. Please fix the app.

I have been using 5his APP for quite some time. Most of the time transactions go through. Today I had 5 attempts with an error message. I had to uninstall and reinstall to send money. Then, when I made another attempt, the same error message came up. I had to go through the same procedure of uninstalling again and then starting the process again. Fortunately, my profile details were still there. It has been a most annoying experience in what was otherwise a normally stress free experience.

Fees change randomly in the same session. It was not related to the amount I was trying to send, I always tried to send the same amount. I couldn't find any transparency online as to the fees or boundaries for each fee. The app also appears to be very buggy with logging in (same with the website). Very frustrating processes but eventually they work hence the second star.
