Ratings and reviews

This app has recently become very flakey. I had no issues with the app until recently, but now find that several times a day I have to reboot my phone in order for the app to open properly, as it keeps displaying a blank screen, with no visible emails or folders, just a reorder button at the bottom of the screen (that doesn't do anything). Very frustrating.

Have been using Outlook for many years and have always been happy with the product/s and service/s though, sometimes the improvements take time to master and I question as to whether, or not, they have been of benefit to me. At present I am struggling to find how I might move from one email to the next without having to return to the Inbox screen... in the past there were arrows permitting navigation to the next or previous messages. It may be there somewhere, but, as yet, I haven't found it.

Won't open, just shows a blank screen with reorder at the bottom and then crashes every time. Have refreshed settings, restarted phone. Everything i can possibly do I have done. It was doing it before update and after. What is happening Microsoft, you have issues all across the board including xbox live. Kind of looks like you need a new team working for you.
