I've been using this software from its initial version for many years. I find now that with each new update, the software gets harder and more complex to use. I have just spent hours trying to do 2 simple tasks and failed. Task 1 Clear the contents of the clip board entry in the search contents. Task 2 Run a simulation of route Please don't forget that the primary function of the software is to find a route between A & B and plot accurately in the least number of steps possible

Here's my updated review as requested in the email I received. After some time, I was able to get in touch with the friendly customer support team. Regrettably, they were unable to resolve my issue. Although this app performs similarly to other satellite navigation apps, I believe the subscription fee is not justified because it rarely alerts me to any road hazards. Consequently, I have decided not to renew my subscription and will be uninstalling the app. Waze offers similar features for free.

Sygic was king, most expensive nav app I ever bought at £15. Now, my premium feels like budget junk! No live traffic (seriously, both Google Maps and Waze offer it for free!). Loses every route speed battle to them, and the outdated Sygic maps landed me a fine too! Pretty, but useless without reliable features that shouldn't have been taken away from premium buyers. Who pays £12 a year for this? Google Maps or Waze win every time. Back to free, it is - what a shame! I will uninstall - 1 STAR ⭐
