I loved it honestly, it was a life saver. next thing I know they wanted some pretty extensive personal info to verify my identity. I completed even though I was a little uncomfortable doing so especially when I was already using them with no issues. afterwards, I was able to use them for a bit again then they decided to close my account with no real reason as to why. makes no sense.

I had a good review here but had to come back to revise it. I cant promote this money transfer app because of the amount of transfers I have made that have gotten hung up mid transaction, I'm talking at least 18-24 hours and only finding resolution through extensive live support chats. This app is advertised as offering instant transfers when that is not the case always.

why does it say it verified my identity but then gets hung up on the checking details page, I never submitted an ID but it did take a selfie to verify even though there's no ID to compare the selfie with. It should not be this hard to create an account.
