I tried buying two items. My card was locked at the time, but when i unlocked it to update payment, it just added a different order with the same items. So I canceled one of the orders and tried getting a hold of support. There is basically no option to talk about whatever with a real person unless you look into subcategories, which I find dumb. After some time, I got support, and they said they'd be able to reorder the order that got canceled. I was supposed to get an email but haven't so far.

Gets worse and worse. What happened? The biggest online retailer in the world, making insane amounts of money out of online shopping I would imagine the last thing on earth you would want to do is break that basic and winning model for any perceived snazzy change to look and feel. But no! You love it! The app is barely usable now. Less usable. Full of functional issues. Delete every new feature and give me the version from 2 years ago when it worked. Losing trust in Amazon. Unbelievable.

App is normally fine until... Misrepresentation of delivery times. Estimated delivery will change after you pay. Illegal, by the way. My favorite to date is that it shows items that ship to your location except every item cannot ship to that location. Customer service is terrible. It's a shame they've cornered the market on niche items but that doesn't matter anymore because it only shows me items that can't ship to me.
