I've been used this provider almost 10 years. The signal sometimes unstable that suddenly emergency call only. Not only that, the app no longer able to be accessed when you ran out of data, so the app is pretty useless when you want to check out remaining balance or data. Sometimes the package also inconsistent and has different amount of data and price each time I have to recharge. It's not only signal problem, but the system also really bad

When I open the app. It always shows white screen only and loading arrow. I tried the app to another high end smartphone. But it shows the same error. It frustrate me cause I can't see my data, call and SMS quota. While using SMS I can only see my data quota. PLEASE FIX IT SOON, cause I have experienced this for a year and every time I update the app, it still the same

I have been using Tri for years, and it was good until the merger. My oh my, it's just been super slow, terrible experience! I've worked with Indosat Ooredoo as a client years ago, and never thought of using their service at all. Yes, it was that bad. Tri was always my choice. I've been using the expensive-red coloured provider ever since the merger. Hope you can fix the connection quality soon.
