Ratings and reviews

I have done quite a few purchases with this app and it has about 1 in 3 chance of failing. Failed purchases will still result in cash being deducted from your account and customer service seems to always try to delay/avoid refunding the money. I lost $25 a week ago (and a few more since). No further responses yet other than the "please wait for 3 business days, not counting Sat and Sun". Twice. Edit: got it back a bit later, full refund, but refrain from making large purchases with this app.

I bought food in one of the tenants. After I did the payment, it showed error messages so payment can't be done, but my balance was deducted and the transaction still failed (the food tenant didn't receive any payments done and there was no notification regarding the payment). I called the customer call services, and the customer service said that they would return my 'missing' money in three days. It was weeks ago and I still haven't received my missing money. Still prefer T-Cash over this app.

I think LinkAja is a good app for money transfer. Whether via bank, LinkAja users, and even QR. Anyways, what I like in here is no fee for any transaction, including topup, sending money to anywhere else, etc. I haven't use it to buy ticket tho, but so far, I often use it as a payment, most of the time. And the system isn't complex after all. If you want to topup the balance, u could use banks, debit card, sharia bank, grapari, LinkAja merchant, and so much more. So yeah, LinkAja is the best!
