My brother transferred the money using this app (Indonesia - the US) to pay time sensitive expenses. Coming with an excuse the bank in the US was closed during the transfer, it was delayed, claimed it will resume once the bank opens. Now, a day gone by the bank in the US had no information on any transfer while an email sent to my brother that was a successful transfer. Who knows where is the money stuck. Looking at this, even somehow the money shows up. Time is already up. It's not ok.

For about a week, a pop up with no text appear after I enter transfer amount and I cannot proceed further. A few days ago I resinstall the app and the problem disappeared but today it appeared again although my app is up to date.

the app is getting sluggish, the keyboard often didn't even shown when I tried to input. Also when I clicked something the feedback response was too slow.
