i never had any problem , but today when i need to transfer fast, and there is an extra for fast transfer guarantee, they've been checking for past 30 minutes and now they told me that they cant found my transaction and require me to upload the receipt. WHAT A SERVICE FLIP

Hi, this app is helping me a lot. but why on 2 latest update, text on notes written were always disappeared on the receipt. please fix it

I use this app way back since 2018, and honestly it is a very useful app. But recently their CS is unbearable. Very unclear explanation when being asked about flip deals' cashback terms and conditions, which is cannot be found anywhere in the app. Feels like the CS person doesn't really understand the problem I said, and Flip hide something that user should know from the beginning. Oh if you see developer's response below this, no they didn't follow up with clearer explanation. Hopeless
