At the start of implementation, i was able to successfully register collectively through my office. All this time there had never been issues until recently, when suddenly my data disapeared, as if i were a new participant. I tried accessing through the "Telah Memiliki Akses" menu and was asked to re-enter my personal information. However, when there was a request for a selfie, the "Izinkan" option for my mobile phone' camera did not respond at all. Why make it difficult for the public?

Can't install on 2 of my phones, huawei p30 pro and samsung note 9. I did everything that was suggested online that might help with this (clear data & cache, relog account, restart, etc) and none works. Please figure out what's causing this and release a proper version of the app if you want your citizens to use it. I wasted my time at the office for almost 2 hrs for nothing and no one can figure out what's wrong.

I've followed all suggestions..clean up cache, allow norificatuon and so on, but this application still can't be opened..It has been written there's error on connections, but my connectiins are perfect...I could watch TouTube, and others...Should make a lot of improvements otherwise can't be used....
