It's an incredibly useful app, but recently I'm getting a lot of ads. I understand that an app needs to make money, but the ads are way too frequent, popping in random steps, covering the entire screen, and each ad has a different closing button, some very small. This is an app you use outside, on the way, in the sun or in the rain and ads make it extremely difficult to operate sometimes. Edit - changed from 3 to 2 stars. There are increasingly many ads and there are better alternative apps.

I've been using moovit for years and have even happily been paying for a subscription to remove ads, but over the last few months the app has become almost unusable. any time I try to do anything - find route options, see real time bus location, or load bus line information, the app just doesnt load what I need. I sit there waiting, and not even for ads! I just wait for it to load (it never does), give up, and move to egg. I'm terribly disappointed in the app and where it's going. a shame.

5th Edit: Did yall respond again with the exact same response? I know you need ads. I cant afford to pay you. That's my experience as a free user. The app has significantly more ads, again. Some ads take 10 seconds to close, and every app has the X button somewhere else to confuse and make you click the ad. Overall quantity of ads returned to its abormally high "normal", especially when opening the app and choosing a destination. Not recommended, try other apps.
