App is ok. But the service is very very bad. So far I placed two orders. But both the orders they delayed, even they charged for delivery partner charge. I am writing this review at 2 pm and still waiting for my order which was supposed to deliver by 12.30 pm. For a change from other food delivery apps, I tried this. But it's good to stick with the leaders in the market. Very bad customer support or no support. So please think twice before you make any order. Quality is good, quantum is less.

Good UI and UX. The problem is handling the .apk is in functionality. We downloaded the application because we used to know about it. So there is no point of showing again the play store button there. More features explanation i.e) me stories.(featuring the ad.) Feature needed: If we are not in the available location It is okie. Some times I can order for someone who is in the service available location right !? So that must me included.

This is the worst food delivery app I've ever used! My first order was a terrible experience. It took more than 2 hours for the food to arrive, and the food itself was not good. The portion size was extremely small, and the taste was disappointing. To make matters worse, customer service has been awful. They promised me a refund, but it's been 10 days and I haven't received it yet. I've tried contacting them both through the app and by email, but I haven't gotten any response.
