We ordered 12-piece Peri Peri Chicken Strips with 4 dips. However, the 4 dips were missing, and the chicken was not completely strips—some pieces contained bones and seemed to be wings instead. Also, the food was not hot when it arrived. I’m not looking for a refund or replacement. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so that the quality and accuracy of future orders can be improved.

I’m giving this app a zero rating. Anyone who uses it after this experience will probably feel the same way. I had a really terrible experience with the KFC app. I placed a food order almost 2 hours ago, but it never arrived. I tried contacting customer care multiple times, but I didn’t receive any proper response or support. Eventually, I had to call my friend and arrange food On top of that, I was still charged the delivery fee.To make things worse, even the dips were missing from my order.

JUST ANOTHER DEADWEIGHT IN THE PLAYSTORE: I ordered a food unknowingly that delivery wasn't available at that moment. No one responded my call at that time, hence I went to the restaurant by myself in heavy rain for telling them to cancel it. What I mean to say is, there should be a way to cancel order immediately untill it's packed to deliver, or at least there should be a way to communicate all over the time. The app needs to improvise more. Pathetic app experience.
