The app has so little integration with backend that it should be called a parody of an app. My order was undelivered by the time mentioned and it was still showing delivery around 8:17 pm for more than 2 hours . At the end I never got the product but there's no provision of refund which should be automated. Nor does it show that your order has been cancelled so you should reorder from else.The feedback web page available doesn't allow you to add your city and KFC store so you can never complain.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had with an online delivery app. This is my third scam involving KFC. In multiple instances, orders were accepted but never delivered, with no proper communication or support. In one case, the store was closed for maintenance but still accepting orders on the app. In another, I was denied service at the outlet despite being inside before closing time and was asked to order online, which ultimately failed. It was a terrible experience. I ordered a bucket, but I never actually received the product, even though the status shows it as "Delivered." I am unable to get through to Customer Care either; there is no contact number available, and whenever I try to call, I get a message saying they are currently busy assisting other customers.
