The app has so little integration with backend that it should be called a parody of an app. My order was undelivered by the time mentioned and it was still showing delivery around 8:17 pm for more than 2 hours . At the end I never got the product but there's no provision of refund which should be automated. Nor does it show that your order has been cancelled so you should reorder from else.The feedback web page available doesn't allow you to add your city and KFC store so you can never complain.

Just downloaded the app like this month for the first time and experience is not that good. If i'm paying for my food, i expect the stuffs mention in the combo or pack to be there which i'm paying FULL for it. why are few things missing? called the restaurant, not picking it up? Food wise it's good but time to time it's not which is fine but come on GIVE the foods that are mentioned on the COMBO/PACK or do one thing REMOVE IT!

First of all, the app is too Laggy! Takes too much to load. Second, the branch at Sangli, worst experience ever, they take too much time to serve customers who order via app. Third, the worker suggest prices higher than the official values in app. Fourth, staff is very less even when there is too much crowd.. Did not expect this....0
