The app has so little integration with backend that it should be called a parody of an app. My order was undelivered by the time mentioned and it was still showing delivery around 8:17 pm for more than 2 hours . At the end I never got the product but there's no provision of refund which should be automated. Nor does it show that your order has been cancelled so you should reorder from else.The feedback web page available doesn't allow you to add your city and KFC store so you can never complain.

Worst app, better to order on Swiggy or zomato. I ordered a Wednesday special meal of 15 pieces, I completed online payment yet it was shown order was not placed due to some discrepancy in offer. I tried contacting kfc yet they don't lift calls, I've waited for 15 mins in the call but no customer agent was connected. These people can't even build a good app for customers, pathetic customer service and app. I need my money back KFC.

worst app. I placed an order through the KFC app, and although the payment was successfully deducted from my account,Order was not delivered and canceled. It has now been 15days, and I still have not received my refund.I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times, but no one answers the phone. This is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional.If the app doesn’t work properly, it shouldn’t be available. KFC, please resolve this issue immediately and refund my money.
