The app has so little integration with backend that it should be called a parody of an app. My order was undelivered by the time mentioned and it was still showing delivery around 8:17 pm for more than 2 hours . At the end I never got the product but there's no provision of refund which should be automated. Nor does it show that your order has been cancelled so you should reorder from else.The feedback web page available doesn't allow you to add your city and KFC store so you can never complain.

We ordered 12-piece Peri Peri Chicken Strips with 4 dips. However, the 4 dips were missing, and the chicken was not completely strips—some pieces contained bones and seemed to be wings instead. Also, the food was not hot when it arrived. I’m not looking for a refund or replacement. I just wanted to bring this to your attention so that the quality and accuracy of future orders can be improved.

JUST ANOTHER DEADWEIGHT IN THE PLAYSTORE: I ordered a food unknowingly that delivery wasn't available at that moment. No one responded my call at that time, hence I went to the restaurant by myself in heavy rain for telling them to cancel it. What I mean to say is, there should be a way to cancel order immediately untill it's packed to deliver, or at least there should be a way to communicate all over the time. The app needs to improvise more. Pathetic app experience.
