The app has so little integration with backend that it should be called a parody of an app. My order was undelivered by the time mentioned and it was still showing delivery around 8:17 pm for more than 2 hours . At the end I never got the product but there's no provision of refund which should be automated. Nor does it show that your order has been cancelled so you should reorder from else.The feedback web page available doesn't allow you to add your city and KFC store so you can never complain.

This is the worst app I have ever seen. Whenever I place an order on it, it shows the order and the payment is also done. Later, when I go to check the order, it does not show the order at all. It logs me out straight away. After that, when I go to sign in, the OTP comes. Even after entering the same OTP, it shows incorrect. Not once, not twice, it shows the same thing thrice. On top of that, if I go to talk to the customer care or go to the counter, they also take half an hour to check.

I ordered the KFC completed the payment successfully. After placing the order, we waited for almost 1 hour, but no delivery partner details or contact number were provided. When I checked the map in the app, it showed that the delivery partner had not even started from the location. However, after 1 hour, the order status suddenly changed to “Delivered” even though we never received the order. I also raised complaints through the app multiple times, but there has been no proper RESPONSE
