The app has so little integration with backend that it should be called a parody of an app. My order was undelivered by the time mentioned and it was still showing delivery around 8:17 pm for more than 2 hours . At the end I never got the product but there's no provision of refund which should be automated. Nor does it show that your order has been cancelled so you should reorder from else.The feedback web page available doesn't allow you to add your city and KFC store so you can never complain.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with the KFC app, having had a terrible time both times I've used it. The first order was delivered late, after 2 hours, and the packaging was subpar. The second time, my order was canceled 2 hours after I placed it, and I've yet to receive a refund. The customer care seems unresponsive, and I find it frustrating that orders are accepted without proper tracking. I would advise against downloading the app and request a FULL REFUND for my recent order

The worst food app, you cannot report anything or cancel your order even when your order is not being received. Ordered some items and have been waiting for 2 hours yet not received the order. Came to the store personally and they will not know anything. They will deliver an hour old Packed order. You won't have cancel option, refund option, help option. Do not order anything from this app.
