what I ordered and what I received were totally different. When I contacted customer support, they repeatedly asked me to upload pictures and rejected them each time, claiming the images were not clear, even though they were. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept delaying and refused to help. I strongly suggest not buying from this app, as you may receive something entirely different from what you order and get no proper support afterward. P.S.- Issue resolved.

Very poor, embarrassing act by Behrouz. Firstly they don't have any contact/customer care to address issue or they don't respond, they had only automated replies of no use. I placed order around 1pm for delivery in the evening. After payment App indicated delivery in 1 h, Number of calls/contact efforts till 9 pm were made, no response received and App. continued to display false information. No food received nor anyone contacted. It was very embarrassing / disgusting with guests at home.

I would request everyone not to buy from behrouz, their quantity is very very less. not value for money. I would suggest better to buy from local quality restaurants who will give better quality and much better quantity. It is purely a waste of money in terms of quantity. please please don't buy behrouz products. You can buy much cheaper and quality food from local restaurant
