worst experience food which I have ordered I have received quantity was very less i ordered buy one get one but quantity was very less and delivery problem I had gone almost 1.5 km away from my home to collect food and it was not up to mark and eat sure customer care person who answered the call he was very rud and kept my call on mute for 5 mins and then disconnected the call over all not happy...

Horrible experience, ordered Paneer Subz Biryani which is supposed to be Veg, but was delivered Non-veg instead!!! And then the Help / Support section in the App is useless, as the chatbot understands nothing, and there is no one to call & talk to get th issue resolved! so paid for veg, and got non-veg, without any correction or refunds!!!

How can you cancel the order after I place it successfully, if you do not have the items, you should not list it, as simple as that. Very worst experience, after I spent all my time and money in ordering it, you will simply say it is cancelled, pathetic, half of the time the app doesn't load at all, horrible experience overall. I am going to stop using it.
