worst app ever. chat bot is fake it will just looping around with same questions. you have to schedule your order unless zomato or swiggy which gives you order in 35 min max. this app lets you schedule the order, i ordered at 8: 5, selected 9 30, its been more than 2 hours and my order still not arrived. its been 10 45 now . I issued several complaints regrading this late delivery and high prices. deleting the account and app forever. i wanted to rate 0, but theres no option for that. 🙂

I placed an order and completed the payment online, but the order was cancelled by you after 20 minutes without any valid reason. This caused unnecessary delay and inconvenience. If you people cannot fulfill orders, you should not accept them in the first place. Very disappointing experience.

what I ordered and what I received were totally different. When I contacted customer support, they repeatedly asked me to upload pictures and rejected them each time, claiming the images were not clear, even though they were. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept delaying and refused to help. I strongly suggest not buying from this app, as you may receive something entirely different from what you order and get no proper support afterward. P.S.- Issue resolved.
