it's showing buy1 get 1 free but while I ordered the item only 1 item came. The delivery person told you have to add another item or the same item again. I did that but price showing for payment is the price of both the items. What the heck is this. I have screenshots, however here I am not able to add the screenshots. its simply scam. This kind of things atleast not expected from a well known and reliable food delivery portal like Behrouz.... It's pathetic. I'll tell my each n every friend circ

Ordered biryani with Buy 1 Get 1 Free clearly shown paid full price but got only 1 biryani. Straight-up false advertising! If you can't deliver the free item, don't advertise it. Tried to complain via app: Help & Support tab is 100% blank/white screen, zero functionality. Useless, can't chat, can't raise ticket, nothing. Why even have it if it's broken? No refund yet despite clear error on your end. Fix your app, honour offers, and give my money back.

Frankly telling its total waste of money and time. Very very Poor customer support, pathetic riders, And now a days the taste of products is also very down as compared with previous. At this cost many more good options are available. cancelled order with reason of outlet not opened then why you guys taking the orders ??
