Using the "PNB Genia" app has been quite complicated, especially with managing the card features. The benefits offered are minimal and not aligned with what I need. However, my younger sister finds the app very useful and enjoys many offers that suit her preferences. She is very happy with the experience. Overall, the app could be more user-friendly, but it works well for some.

It sucks. One of the slowest application. It have good features, but if it is not accessible and slow every time how we will use those features. The private banks are doing great. The developers can take some references from there. SBI card app is also great. I would appreciate if developers can work on Server Performance and Server uptime.

I've had a terrible experience with the PNB app. It's incredibly slow and crashes frequently. The user interface is outdated and difficult to navigate. Transaction updates are often delayed, and customer support through the app is virtually non-existent. It desperately needs major improvements to be useful. Very disappointed
