After five back-to-back cancellations over the last couple of months (of simple grocery deliveries from stores listed on the app and at a fairly short distance), I've accepted it's time to give up on an app I used to like. It's quite useless to try. I make my payments directly to the store by calling them, and have the items picked up via Porter. A little bit of a hassle, but at least it works.

I would've given 0 stars if I was allowed. I placed an order and prepaid for it. When nothing was happening I tried cancelling the order. The order got cancelled but the money hasn't been refunded. Neither was I assigned a partner even after waiting for almost 15 minutes after the payment was done, nor was my money refunded. Kindly do the needful with courtesy. You can't play with our time and money.

1) the payment later option doesn't work, Tried putting th OTP sent, it said it's wrong .. and locked my account 2)I paid and waited a long time for a delivery partner to be assigned...even when it did get picked up, the delivery partner cancelled after 10 min. Didn't get assigned another delivery partner. Even though it was a courier service, around 8:00pm. Every time I have tried a courier from this app, it glitches, and my end work is never done Very disappointed
