Ratings and reviews

Initially the app was tremendous, had great offers but now it has become just like another food delivery app.. costing more than required. These days zomato is even cheaper than magic pin even after delivery charges. No matter how close the outlet is they incur high delivery charges and most of the time the app shows 'no rider availability in your area'. Would not prefer to use it further !

I had a frustrating experience with the Magic Pin app while purchasing a Sony Liv subscription voucher. After entering the promo code immediately, it said the code had already been redeemed. I contacted customer care, but the support was dismal. Despite providing a screenshot, they kept sending the same automated responses and asked me to wait 48 hours. Five days later, my issue remains unresolved. The lack of personalized support and responsiveness is disappointing. Magic Pin needs to improve.

I enjoy the Magicpin app, especially the ability to order food online through ONDC. However, I’ve encountered occasional glitches, such as slow loading times and app crashes. If they could improve the technical side, it would be perfect!
