Two more features needs to be added 1. As restaurants tend to downsize their menu temporarily due to lpg shortage/staff shortage/operational efficiency, There should be a tab to view "In Stock" items, which would help restaurants to quickly mark items out of stock from there. Now the app features "Out of Stock", "Services", "items not live" etc. tabs but no "In Stock" tab. 2. Facility to see one particular customer's all orders(past to present) in one place should be made available.

Onboarding Fee is too much that is ₹10000 rupees with no option to disable it. They are just playing monopoly. It's better to get on Swiggy as it's only ₹1780. I hope Zomato lowers its onboarding fee so that new restaurants can easily do their business online .

worse kind of customer service. Ai everything no human contact .just one and for every ques ticket raised will check and arrange call within 24-48 hrs and then ticket closed automatically. I haven't rec'd any payout and no one is explaining the reason I closed my restaurant from so long coz not finding the relatable reasn but still ai is mentioning one thing it's out of stock
