"My experience was extremely disappointing. I placed my order, but it took a full 10 days for delivery. Every day, I was told it would arrive the next day, but that never happened. Such delays and inefficiency are unacceptable. I would not recommend this service at all." I actually end up at a loss; there’s no profit at all, just continuous losses.

For the past month and a half, not a single order has come in, even after paying for advertising. Zomato is still charging me weekly for advertising despite no orders. It seems the Zomato platform is now just a way to scam people.

FAKE RATINGS GIVEN TO SHOPS. They call it "Automatic Algorithms" wherein "Average True Customer" Shops Ratings are hidden and instead their own ratings are shown to you for shops which pay them for Ads. shops that don't sign for annual Ads Scheme are automatically lowered in Ratings where in shops visibility is lowered even if they serve good food. I can say this cause I am myself using this application past one year.
