Ratings and reviews

FAKE RATINGS GIVEN TO SHOPS. They call it "Automatic Algorithms" wherein "Average True Customer" Shops Ratings are hidden and instead their own ratings are shown to you for shops which pay them for Ads. shops that don't sign for annual Ads Scheme are automatically lowered in Ratings where in shops visibility is lowered even if they serve good food. I can say this cause I am myself using this application past one year.

you take 32% commission from my restaurant, and the moment I stop running paid ads, my orders drop to zero. This isn't because of bad food or bad service I have consistently maintained a 4.6 rating, which is higher than most restaurants around me. worst App.. don't register with Zomato I register with this app and paid 1299 as registration charge.. zomato target is 1299 .. I submitted all the document and the app was showing under review. but even after 22 days no progress then I call to pathetic customer care .. now they started the fraud activity saying menu is not uploaded.. without uploading how zomato app is showing under review.. then I sent over email and waited for 1 week but no response to my email or watsapp.. same status
