First of all, even after updating the profile on daily basis and keeping it in 100% for the past 3 months, haven't received any calls from the recruiters. Most of the jobs are posted by consultancies who just post ad for name sake and doesn't care to respond even after sending mails and calling them.. And from yesterday, the applied jobs section is not getting updated ... Cant even check if the application has gone through.. this cant get worse. Fed up with your service. Quitting your site now.

I am extremely disappointed with Naukri's paid customized service. Despite having a strong and relevant profile, the job notifications and shortlists I received were completely irrelevant. It feels like they are just pushing random opportunities in the name of "customization," without any real consideration for my skills. It's frustrating to see how they keep looting customers, promising better opportunities, but delivering nothing of value. Thier salesman are just completing their targets.

They are only interested in selling you premium membership, you'll be shown million dollar dreams, but once you buy the membership, thereafter, they suddenly turn cold. My RM never bothered to connect, even when tried to reach they weren't available. Not a single interview or short listing. Every time you try to speak the answer is same, it's the Recruiters' call, how can we force them. Even the CV had grammatical errors. Total eyewash with no response.
