i gave my review and still didn't paid me. i tried to contact customer care and its one of the worst customer care i have ever seen. first of all i cant see any. somehow i found a whatsapp number and its not even responding. worst experience ever

very unprofessional counselors, they literally ghost students and leave them on read and dont respond for weeks , you have to beg them to reply and when you ruin your scholarship exams because of them and tell them that you're gonna complain about this issue, all of a sudden they are the most active counsellor ever , i even e-mailed complaining about this issue but even the feedback team is very lacking to take any actions . these untrained counselors will just ruin your time nothing else .
