Ratings and reviews

took the Assist Plus package from 99acres for ₹17,000 in November, expecting dedicated support. Sales team was very active initially, but after payment, service was poor. RM only made weekly generic calls with no real effort. Even after escalation, no action was taken. In 4 months, only 2 site visits were arranged. Complete waste of money and time. Not recommended.plz don't take our hard earned money if u can't provide services .

The app DOES NOT accept ANY LOCATION you want to search in the search bar. you try to type any location, error pops up. there are some 9 cities already listed as "popular cities" just below the search bar. even if I type those names also, the same error pops up. it always says- "please try again with location included", whenever I type any location in the search bar. what use is the app if it doesn't even let us search any location.

I would not recommend this platform to anyone planning to sell their property. The premium plans are highly priced, and the sales team makes multiple commitments during onboarding. Unfortunately, after the purchase is completed, there is little to no response to chats or escalation requests.
