pathetic app I am a paid member of your platform, but I am facing several issues with the service. Even after purchasing the membership, I am unable to view many profiles properly and in many cases I cannot send or share interest requests. Also, many profiles seem incomplete or suspicious because there are no proper photos or genuine details available. As a paid customer, I expected better service and verified profiles. Right now, it feels misleading and disappointing. Please look into these.

Useless app! You can't send interest to just joined profiles. You can't send interest to top profiles. you can't send reminders. For everything you need to pay and when you pay, You will still get so many hurdles. they just want your money that's all

the worst application I've even seen. I purchased a pro mini subscription on 23 March. the plan clearly stated That If i get no interests back within 30 days, then I will be eligible to get full 100% moneyback guarantee. my subscription ended on 23rd April. I sent 36 interest/match request during this period, but got no interests back. and now I'm writing emails, and trying to reach support staff, but no response yet, while Their Automated chat bot says That I'm ineligible for refund .
