Lost 97K following their F&O 'expert' suggestions. If I did the exact opposite, I'd be in profit! Almost when i follow they suggestion hits the stop loss. App performance is also poor: you have to reinstall it twice a week just to fix chart errors. Plus, it occasionally fails to exit a trade immediately

The experience was pathetic, they nag you to enable hdfcsky direct which is now throwing error when transferring funds! they dont tell that it is irreversible once enabled and you cannot then change your bank account. Customer support first ignored the ticket when i escalated they kept pushing the deadline and ultimately closed the issue without resolution as i "missed" a call. Also doesn't have direct mutual fund investment ability adding to that the aggressive mtf marketing is just annoying.

Today, before the marketing opening app was working properly, but at 9.16, I didn't know why it was lagging, and multiple times, the popup was showing "something went wrong. Please try again later. " i missed the initial trades due to this
