I had a very bad disappointing experience with this app. i booked a auto ride at the shown price, but after reaching the destination, the driver demand the extra cash. when I tried to contact customer support, both the call and in -app options were unavailable. Due to lack of support,I was forced to compromise and pay more. This reflects poor service and a major flaw in the app's support system . if i had option to give zero star then I give zero.

The service was very unsatisfactory. Drivers often demand extra money and still do not accept or complete rides. Some accept the ride but cancel after asking the drop location, while others neither cancel nor arrive, causing delays and inconvenience. Additionally,I was charged a higher fare than what was shown at the time of booking, without any prior notice or valid explanation, which is misleading and unacceptable.

I use Uber regularly for my daily commute, and while the app is convenient, reliability is a major issue. Twice now, I’ve pre-booked early morning rides, only for them to be delayed or cancelled at the last minute. In both cases, drivers didn’t respond to calls. On one occasion, I was asked to cancel the ride myself, and once even told to take the trip outside the app—which is both unprofessional and unsafe. The biggest problem is that when you really need a cab it isnt available.
